Clive Oliver Clive is a Human Resources professional who, before joining Peninsula, was Director of HR with the UK’s largest privately owned retailer in it’s sector. Originally in an operational role, Clive was part of a small team which grew and developed an organisation from 3 stores to 35 sites with over 650 employees. Clive’s many years in business, in numerous management roles, enables him to use ‘real life’ experiences to help Managers, Business Owners and Directors of all types and sizes of businesses to understand their legal obligations whilst focusing on maximum Employee performance. Clive’s, fun and fast paced presentation will make very clear the importance of keeping your business up to date with the constant changes in Employment Law and Health & Safety legislation and give delegates many practical ideas for improving the success of their business through the people they employ. Alan-DentonAlan Denton Alan is an unconventional and daring leader. He provides a great balance of coaching with deep experience as a leader and CEO of organisations. With over 25 years of experience in senior management in operational roles, his astuteness comes from holding a chief officer post, leading an over half a billion pound business and extensive experience in executive coaching for transformation. Instrumental in coaching clients to promotions and significant performance increases, Alan’s original style has brought startling results for leaders. These include a 40% uplift in annual sales and a £20 million project delivered before deadline and under budget. Peter-FordPeter Ford Peter Ford graduated from Leicester Polytechnic in 1983 to join the London based product design group BIB (Butler, Isherwood and Bartlett). Peter worked on a wide range of international products for companies such as Ferguson, Duracell, BT, BOC Ohmeda, Minolta and many more. In summary, for over 20 years, Professor Peter Ford has specialised in assisting Small, Medium and Large Enterprises make effective use of designs within their businesses strategies and more recently the benefits of being resource efficient in the design and development of these products, this has extended to advising Governments in the UK, Oman and Indonesia on the role of design in industry.
