Business Support Administrator
Salary £18,000- £20,000 per annum + Excellent benefits package
Based in Manchester City Centre, close to Victoria Station
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy and fast-paced Business Support team based in Manchester City Centre. You will work closely with the business development team, managing sales leads, processing contracts and managing the sales inbox. 

What's involved?
  • Monitor the sales inbox and process all emails
  • Process daily renewals requests and queries
  • Co-ordinate monthly renewals and process non-auto renewals
  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Manage incoming sales leads
  • Data entry of new Intermediary agreements into Salesforce
  • Following up on quotes sent with the broker
  • Support the sales team with ad hoc duties
 
What are we looking for?
  • Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
  • Excellent attention to detail and written skills
  • Willingness to assist and support others as required
  • Experience in a professional services organisation
  • Proven track record of working to key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport and trust with others to forge meaningful business relationships
