Want the chance to work on exciting projects with the opportunity to develop and grow your career? We're looking for a hard-working and self-motivated admin focussed person to join our fast-growing marketing department to assist with the delivery of automation campaigns.

You’ll join a supportive marketing team in the heart of Manchester, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

What this role entails:

• Support the CRM Manager to help build and evolve new campaigns and programs within the Marketo automation platform (e.g. newsletters, email nurture campaigns, webinars, events and gated content).
• Create and implement A/B testing campaign testing schedules to identify the best performing setups and segmentations.
• Manage the coordination, send and reporting of the weekly/monthly prospect and client newsletters.
• Manage the automation of nurture activities. Looking to drive engagement and deliver high quality leads to sales.
• Working with wider stakeholders, help drive the client communication to increase usage and aid overall client retention.
• Routinely audit the lead database to ensure data is high quality and highly segmented, whilst helping ensure we remain compliant.

Skills we look for:

• Experience with Marketing Automation software (Marketo / Hubspot / Mailchimp etc)
• Email marketing and campaign experience desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and detail orientated
• Excellent time management, and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in a B2B marketing role and CRM software (Salesforce) is desirable but not essential
