Events Executive
Upto £28,000 Dependent on experience + Profit Share + Excellent Benefits Package
Manchester City Centre – next to Victoria Station
We are looking for a highly organised Events Executive to support in running our seminar and online events activity and to maximize registrations, attendance, and subsequent new business opportunity throughout the performance cycle.
Duties include:
- Coordinatinating internal resources within the sales and marketing department asn well as Salesforce workflows and performance reporting
- Produce / approve prospect outreach / invitation material
- Managing end to end delivery of each event, taking appropriate action to optimise performance
- Forecast, measure and optimise new business performance
- Maintain the Salesforce CRM with updated information on attendees, new business and revenue information

Experience required :
- Experience working within a high performance marketing / events function
- Creativity and writing skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of managing B2B events, and creating / understanding business processes
- Ability to prioritise and organise time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and team working skills
