An exciting role is available for a passionate, analytical and highly organised Paid Social Manager. Applicants must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in paid social, with some experience at senior or manager level preferred.

What this role entails:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies and build media plans to meet business goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns on various social media platforms, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Audience & Creative Development: Conduct audience research, create compelling ad copy, and collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing ads.
  • Optimization & Testing: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, conduct A/B tests, and optimize ad spend to improve efficiency and maximise ROI.
  • Budget Management: Track and forecast campaign budgets, ensuring best allocation of resources.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Analyse campaign data, generate insightful reports, and present key findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about new social media trends, emerging platforms and best practices in paid social advertising 

Skills we look for:

  • 3-4 years’ experience in Paid Social overall. 1 year of being a manager is an advantage, but not necessarily essential.
  • Experience in managing large budgets.
  • Commercially Focussed: The ability to analyse performance and optimise toward greater lead flow & ROI, driving revenue to the bottom line.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, especially Meta Ads Manager.
  • Creativity: Ability to develop engaging and effective ad copy and creative concepts.
  • Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong ability to communicate with colleagues & internal teams around performance & insights and present performance reports.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to develop strategic campaigns aligned with overall business objectives.
