SafetyWise users who have logged in recently cannot fail to have noticed the impressive new look to the Health & Safety Stationery section. Clients who have Health & Safety as part of their agreement can now benefit from:
A more comprehensive selection
– We have extended our already vast library of stationery to include all of Peninsula’s HSE compliant Safety Record Forms along with H&S training
documentation and forms to supplement risk assessments. Forms previously only available in hard copy are now online for you to use as and when needed.
– With more and more organisations placing a greater emphasis on being paper-free, our Stationery documentation is now available in ‘Word’ format as well as the previous read-only PDF format. A form can now be edited on screen and saved to your computer or added directly as supporting evidence to a Risk Assessment compiled on SafetyWise.
– Accessing the forms you require now couldn’t be any easier. Simply select a keyword from the filter and the system will display all documentation relevant to the subject. This will also assist with your Health & Safety Responsibilities as it may even display documents you were not aware you needed.
As part of our ongoing responsibility to our valued clients, we continue to look at ways to improve our BusinessWise online service and we hope that you will find this new functionality a valuable addition to the system.
