These provisions include time-outs to help to prevent prying eyes from viewing your account during periods of inactivity; we have 128-bit encryption in place to continually protect your data and every user must go through the secure login process to access the service.
Internal security measures within Peninsula prevent anyone other than a very small number of our employees with specified, tightly-controlled user rights from accessing our client data - and those members of our team will only do so at your request, in order to assist you with using your BusinessWise account. We do not and will not access your data unless there is a specific user requirement for us to do so.
As such, we also want to encourage you to carefully consider and regularly review the Users who are set up with access to your BusinessWise account in order to ensure these are up to date and each User has appropriate access rights.
To do so, once you are logged into BusinessWise please go to ‘My Account’ where you can view and edit access rights and add or delete users as necessary - this is particularly important when a User no longer works for your organisation!
