HROnline is a functional HR System and has been specifically developed to give Peninsula clients the ability to quickly and easily manage their HR processes, documentation and employee records.
As before, the new system will be accessible via the internet on a fully secure website, allowing greater flexibility for users. Thus meaning, to use HROnline you simply need access to the internet from any computer.
Absence Recording, Employee Records and Document Storage will remain but we have also added new functions you would expect from an HR system, such as the ability for employees to have the responsibility to update their own records, request holidays and complete forms.
With this being such a major change to the system, we would like to invite clients of any size to work with us for approximately 1 month and use HROnline. We will then be able to compile all of your valuable feedback and make any final improvements or changes.
