Users of BusinessWise, the complimentary online service from Peninsula, can feel somewhat reassured that all data and information entered can provide access up-to-date information on staff members, reminders of any outstanding issues and access Peninsula advice logs amongst many other things.

By accessing the employee database within EmployWise, the current remaining annual leave entitlement for individuals can be seen at-a-glance to make sure all members of staff do not miss out on taking their full entitlement. An Absence Calendar can also be generated from the Reports section of EmployWise so you are clear who will or will not be available over the busy festive period.

If you have any outstanding staff issues which Peninsula are assisting you with you can view them via the Advice Section. Use this section to manage anything currently outstanding, to view any advice that needs to be acted on, or to request more advice on an ongoing issue.

Health and Safety clients may also wish to review all risk assessments to make sure they are compliant with legislation before the year ahead. SafetyWise, available to all Health and Safety clients, contains an interactive Risk Assessments feature which uses a simple, step-by-step procedure to help compile risk assessments to be stored online. These will then generate reminder messages to ensure no review dates get forgotten.

With the current wintry weather and the hazardous conditions it brings, there is also an online Accident Report should an unfortunate accident occur. Coupled with this you can also request any Health and Safety Advice where you can submit a question to one of our dedicated team of Health and Safety Advisors.

BusinessWise will also generate reminders (which can be linked to email addresses) for staff holidays, employee sickness, as well as updates in legislation to ensure that users are kept up-to-date. Alongside all this, with the postal service being unpredictable at this time of year, you can also print copies of any bespoke documentation or standard items of stationery for both Personnel and Health and Safety.
