Responsibilities Planner – Clients who have Areas set up on BusinessWise can now replicate Responsibilities to all their sites. Rather than repeating the data entry process for each individual site it is now as easy as selecting the Area you wish to replicate the responsibility to from the dropdown menu and assigning the Responsibility to the appointed person.

The brand new Responsibilities Overview Report will now provide users with a full and comprehensive report of all outstanding responsibilities across all sites. A pie chart will be displayed to show which sites have any responsibilities yet to be signed off, along with a list of responsibilities and the individuals they are assigned to. No longer will users have to switch between Areas to access the full overview.

Fire Risk Assessments – Users of the Fire Risk Assessments can now benefit from the same reminder messages generated by the General Risk Assessments. Now users need never miss a review date for a Fire Risk Assessment or miss any outstanding actions as the system will generate a reminder message in the ‘My Messages’ section. These reminder messages can also be linked to email addresses in ‘Edit My Email Alerts’ so the same reminder will arrive in your inbox as and when necessary.
