BusinessWise: Using EmployWise Documentation to assist with Staff Management.

The EmployWise section of BusinessWise is available to Peninsula clients who have Personnel Services on their current agreement. Within EmployWise users will find a comprehensive collection of documentation which can assist with all manner of staff management issues.

Handbooks and Contracts are bespoke documents created by our dedicated Personnel Consultants using information provided during Questionnaire Visits. These are relevant to your business so your own Staff Handbook and Statement of Main Terms for Employees can be accessed immediately, 24/7, for new starters or existing employees.

With constant changes to employment law legislation, users of EmployWise can take comfort in the fact that the online Employment Reference Manual is constantly updated to reflect any changes. The Employment Reference Manual is easy to understand, aimed at helping you with complex employment law issues from recruitment to dismissals, and everything in between. The manual is split into easy to follow chapters and bookmarks can be set for ease of access when returning to popular sections.

If you are in urgent need of a Return to Work Form or Sickness Self-Certification Absence Form, or are currently recruiting and require Application Forms, Induction Checklists etc then the Personnel Stationery section contains a vast array of standard stationery items. There are also samples of Job Offer Letters, Reference Letters and Appraisal Forms to assist with your own letter writing and company processes.

Users of EmployWise will have also noticed the addition of Factsheets and Employment Training Handouts as part of the standard documentation.
