Dignity at Work Webinars

Peninsula Team

January 14 2014

Employers have a responsibility to ensure the working environment is sympathetic to all employees by encouraging a culture of working relationships in which everyone is treated with dignity and respect. 1 in every 5 employees will experience  bullying or harassment at some point in their working lives and the outcome of this can be devastating, not only for the employee but for the employer, as employers often struggle to manage unacceptable behaviour appropriately which can cause further distress to the employee and be a costly experience to the employer. Here at Peninsula we want to ensure that our clients are well equipped to deal with any instances of bullying, harassment or discrimination and are offering complimentary webinar training on this very complex topic during January and February to clients.  Our HR experts will be on hand to answer all your queries about Dignity at Work and the affect this can have on your organisation. WE strongly suggest that you make this an annual event within your organisation. The dates and times are below for your diary:
  • Monday 27th January 11am
  • Wednesday 29th January 2.30pm
  • Tuesday 11th February 2.30pm
  • Thursday 27th February 2.30pm
Please email PeninsulaWebinarTraining@peninsula-uk.com with the email addresses of any managers whom you wish to attend the training and we will ensure an invite is sent three days prior to the webinar date.  For those of you who are regular attendees to our webinar sessions there is no need to do anything until you receive the invite. In addition to the webinar training we can offer a face2face training session on your own premises with our expert HR advisors for those of you who have a managerial staff in excess of 10 and feel they would benefit from an individual session. There is a cost element to the face2face training and if you would like more information please contact peninsulaface2face@peninsula-uk.com who will be happy to assist and advise further. I look forward to welcoming you to the training sessions.
