TV presenter Holly Willoughby did not turn up at the High Court for a hearing on whether to wind up her jointly owned Roxy Media over unpaid tax bills.
The former This Morning presenter Willoughby, and husband Dan Baldwin’s company, Roxy Media, was called to the High Court on 16 April following a winding up petition from HMRC after failing to pay tax.
The court heard that the full amount owed was £377,000 and added that the company has now settled the amount, although there is still some outstanding tax due to HMRC, but the amount has not been disclosed.
The case at the High Court was adjourned for 12 weeks and will recommence on 12 July 2025.

Roxy Media’s latest accounts for the year end 29 August 2023 year filed at Companies House on 29 May 2024 showed the company owed £329,715 in corporation tax, up from a £230,000 total in 2022. The company also owed £16,577 in VAT in the 2023 year.
Between 2022 and 2023 the Roxy Media’s cash at bank was down from £973,645 to £82,279, while current total debtors were £534,807.
HMRC previously said: ‘We take a supportive approach to dealing with customers who have tax debts and only file winding-up petitions once we’ve exhausted all other options, in order to protect taxpayers’ money.’
Willoughby did not appear at the High Court.
