For over 30 years, we have helped our clients with a huge range of employment law and HR issues in the form of 24/7 expert telephone advice and email support. Over the years, we have received wonderful feedback about how helpful our employment advisors have been in providing this telephone advice service.  However, some clients have commented that they often don’t have the time available to put our advisor’s words into practice, or that during the employee meeting they were taken by surprise by something that the employee had raised that they just were not expecting. With this feedback in mind, Peninsula has launched a Premium Service which is exclusively available to Peninsula clients.  We have called this service HRFace2Face.  Once a client signs up to the service, one of our dedicated Peninsula Face2Face Consultants attends upon your premises and conducts the employee meeting on your behalf.  Once that meeting has been conducted, the consultant would then conduct all necessarily investigations and provide a formal Written Report upon their findings (in the form of a Recommendation). Not only does this approach leave you with the peace of mind to know that the matter is conducted correctly (and in accordance with Employment Law and Practice), it also - often as important - leaves you free to focus on what you are so good at, driving your own business forward, from the front. Many cases are lost at Tribunal due to the fairness of the process followed, including a consideration of who chaired the meetings and how they were conducted.  Therefore, Peninsula Face2Face is here to assist clients from a practical point of view, bearing firmly in mind the impartiality which tribunals hold so dear. The feedback from clients who have already used the service has been extremely positive and this positivity is evidenced by the number of clients who ask to use our service time and again.
