Providing a full archive of your Site Evaluation Reports Dependent on the agreement with Peninsula Business Services, clients will be visited by a dedicated Health & Safety Consultant between 1 and 4 times per year. During these visits our consultant will review your premises for any potential health and safety hazards and discuss any issues with you. After the consultant has left the premises they will compile a report summarising all discussions, provide a full run down of where your organisation is compliant with legislation and produce an action plan for any issues which need your attention within specified timescales. This report is made available online via SafetyWise. Simply navigate to the documentation section of SafetyWise and you will notice there are two headings, ‘My Site Evaluation Reports’ and ‘Site Evaluation Reports Admin’. As the Evaluation Reports are site specific, the admin section is in place to allow you to decide which reports are relevant to which users. Viewing ‘My Site Evaluation Reports’ will bring up the full archive which you can be read onscreen or printed off to be distributed – you may also wish to copy the contents of the action plan into the ‘My Responsibilities’ section so you don’t miss any deadlines for outstanding actions.
