H&S Management Documents are the bespoke documents created by our Health & Safety Consultants using information gained during Principal Visits. These documents make up your Health & Safety Policy and are added to BusinessWise as well as being sent to you in hard copy. These documents can assist with tenders and CHAS accreditation and as such, being able to download and email them direct may help speed up the process.
Also, as part of a full Health & Safety agreement, our Consultants carry out evaluations of your premises. During these visits any potential health and safety issues or observations are discussed, along with plans of action, consultant’s recommendations etc and compiled into an easy to understand Site Evaluation Report. These Evaluations are placed in a full, chronological archive, allowing you to access any Evaluation carried out at any site. Handy if your business is made up of multiple sites or simply to refresh your memory on any previous issues.
A vast and impressive catalogue of legislation Guidance Notes are available exclusively via SafetyWise. These Guidance Notes are arranged into categories for ease of access (allowing users to set their most popular notes as bookmarks) and provided to assist you in dealing with the safety arrangements that have been identified within your Health and Safety Policy. They will allow you to meet your legal requirements and in some cases advise you on best practice controls which have been established by enforcing agencies and industrial / commercial organisations.
Finally, the Stationery section holds a range of H&S Checklists and Safety Records to help you carry out your responsibilities and, with more and more organisations placing a greater emphasis on being paper-free, our Stationery documentation is also available in ‘Word’ format as well as the read-only PDF format meaning forms can now be edited on screen and saved to your computer or added directly as supporting evidence to a Risk Assessment compiled on SafetyWise.
