This is where using the Advice Section within Peninsula’s online service SafetyWise can really help. Once you are logged in to the service, and depending upon your access rights, you can ask a question of our dedicated Health & Safety Advisors online using the simple step-by-step ‘Request Advice’ function. You can make a request for an Advisor to call you back to discuss the issue raised or ask the Advice Team to simply update the secure, confidential SafetyWise Advice Log for you to peruse at your own leisure.
The SafetyWise Advice Log is a full archive of all issues our Advice teams are dealing with for you organisation. Whether it be an ongoing problem or a historical issue, you can get details of all questions asked, all advice given and download any documentation associated with the query to assist you complete the matters in hand.
• Current Issues
Are the ongoing issues the Advice team are currently dealing with. After viewing the details there is an option to add extra information or attach documents to be send directly to one of our dedicated Advisors without the need for lengthy discussions to recap the situation.
• Closed Issues
These are the queries that our Advice Team have helped bring to a conclusion and no longer causing immediate problems. If you need to refresh your memory on previous issues this is the place to go and should any of the issues rear their head again, you can simply re-open the job and, again, one of our Advisors will be on hand to talk you through the problem.
