As the Talent Acquisition Manager, Kiran heads recruitment for all Peninsula operations across Canada. Kiran joined Peninsula in 2018 and has built the recruitment department from scratch.
Her areas of expertise include global recruitment, selection and HR management. As Peninsula expands its operations across Canada, Kiran is in charge of finding the best talent to support the company’s growth. Under her leadership, her team successfully recruited over 200 employees across Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia in the past year.
A highly skilled communicator, Kiran also mentors her team on hiring best practices and recruiting philosophies. Her accomplishments include developing new ways to improve Peninsula's recruitment strategies while saving costs.
Prior to Peninsula, Kiran worked as a corporate recruiter for Arjo, a global supplier of medical devices and services.
