We are very pleased to introduce to you two service enhancements to Corporate and Priority clients which we are sure will improve your experience when using our Advice Service. We are implementing these measures as a direct result of your feedback which we constantly look for, and are very grateful to receive.

  • The introduction of intelligent call routing where your call to our service will be diverted to the Business Partner that you last spoke to; and
  • Business Partners on the Corporate and Priority team having “direct access telephone numbers”. This service enhancement will mean that you will be able to telephone the Business Partner you wish to speak too directly without having to call the general service number and choose the relevant option.

Both of these service enhancements are currently being trialled and we are confident that both will be live over Summer 2013. I hope both of these enhancements improve your all overall service experience.
