I recently spoke to an advisor-Ian Henderson and discussed at length a grievance issue amongst other employee issues which I was dealing with, his manner, approach and advice was succinct, helpful, and I really felt he understood where I (as a HR professional and employer) was coming from. This empathy, understanding along with clear intelligent and realistic advice was certainly really useful and helpful to me at the time. I would also add that I have interacted with several advisors from Peninsula service and can say that this particular individuals' approach, patience and listening skills were by far the most helpful I have experienced while using the Peninsula service.
I would also like to compliment an advisor by name of; Sarah Quirke in addition - this lady has assisted me with several queries and is always responsive, efficient and insightful in her approach and advice. In summary, when contacting the service again I would normally specifically request either of these individuals -Ian or Sarah. They both understand the realism of the employers' side/what the employer is facing and at the same time how to best navigate the law. I feel both are very skilled in this respect and would rate them very highly. They often make my day easier!
