1. The staff were helpful on the phone but the time taken to review the data supplied was too slow, 3 hours for each submission then 5 hours if going to thre 'high risk' team. 2. Only when our supporting case info went to your high risk team did we find out a quicker, less painful solution for our staff to our cost cutting exercise even though the information we had provided could have allowed for proposal of the quicker solution originally.

I want to be fair. Need to review the agreed service level as the Peninsula advisors have on the face of it given incorrect advice on two occasions for the same shared parental leave case. One example was where the Penisula advisor had not referred to our policy. Would appreciate a regular contract monitoring call between our liaison contact and me as I am the new Head of HR. It is possible that there are reasons for these recent errors.

Excellent service, within a week our small charity has felt so supported.
