We set up your policy with an FCA-authorised insurer, quickly giving your organisation legal expenses insurance cover. Subject to terms & conditions, here’s what’s covered:
- Solicitors fees to represent you at interviews under caution and throughout the court process.
- Appeals against improvement or prohibition notices.
So, if your organisation is ever unfortunate enough to face an investigation and prosecution, you have an extra layer of protection in place.
