Peninsula Referral Programme Terms & Conditions
Refer a business or organisation to Peninsula here
1. All referrals must be completed via the web form on the Peninsula website [here ]
2. The time frame for receiving a referral fee is up to 8 weeks after the contract has been signed, subject to all other criteria being satisfied.
3. Referral payments relate to core contracts only (this excludes Face2Face or any other additional services).
4. The referred company must not already be discussing signing up to Peninsula services via any other Peninsula channels, or be a current client of the Peninsula Business Services Group.
5. The Introducer should be independent of the referred company (e.g. not a director, owner or employee).
6. The referrer should not be an employee or a close relative of an employee of Peninsula Business Services Group. This includes partners, parents, children and any other dependants.
7. The referred company must have a live agreement in place and have made 2 monthly payments for the reward to be payable.
8. The referred company must not be behind on any payments when the referral is due to be paid.
9. This scheme operates on a strictly business to business basis.
10. Referrers are responsible for the assessment, payment and reporting of any tax liability arising from the payment of the referral fee. The referrer must comply with the Gifts & Hospitality policies of their company (including any declarations).
11. Peninsula reserves the right to refuse referral submissions and to change / withdraw the Peninsula Referral Programme at any time at the discretion of the Peninsula Business Services Group.
