As we come to the end of another great year, now is the time to look back and reflect on some key takeaways before we look ahead at what’s coming…

2024 brought us a new government and an overhaul of employment law as we know it. From new day one rights to making flexible working “the default”, we saw major changes to the way businesses will need to manage their processes and documentation.

Back in October, Labour introduced a new Employment Rights Bill to Parliament, listing a hefty number of employment law changes that we can expect to take effect in the coming years.

With the year we’ve had and times of political uncertainty, it’s important to remember that one thing is for certain. You never have to worry about missing an update when you have expert HR and Health & Safety support on hand.
