My query was a bit niche I thought but the call was very straightforward and the solution was perfect. It was a very seamless experience and my advisor was very efficient and friendly, taking time to tailor my policy to my needs.

I enquired about Peninsula's services when we had a problem with a member of staff. A rep visited me within 2 hours of initial contact, I was signed up with 24 hours, and they supported me hence with.

Our query was regarding how to convert annual leave and bank holiday entitlement from days to hours, then how to pro-rate it for a new starter who works, Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat (different hours on different days), plus how to treat the bank holiday entitlement given that they don't work a standard Mon-Fri. Rehana even added a calculation to the spreadsheet we had sent, which was really useful!

The service was excellent. The team member helping me was patient courteous and any questions I asked she either answered herself or when and asked someone else with a more specialist knowledge on the particular question I asked. I would not hesitate in recommending Peninsula I feel it's good value for money, whenever I spoken to anybody in any department, I've always found them to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable

I dealt with two people mainly. Tom Cowderoy on the advice side and Katie Mears on the Face to Face side. In the end the way the case progressed didn't require us to use Face to Face on this occassion. However, throughout the process I found Tom and Katie, professional and efficient. They were easy to deal with and gave great advice
