B2B Sales Executive

£25,000 Basic salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Excellent Benefits including an annual profit share payment

With Top Achievers earning over £90,000 per annum

Working hours are 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday, No evenings, or weekends!

This role is for focused and driven professional sales professionals, who are experienced in establishing B2B relationships over the phone.

What the roles entails:

· Introducing Peninsula’s suite of services and the benefits to business owners.

· Outbound B2B sales calls using our ever-evolving Salesforce system. Extracting the very best results from each call you make.

· You will work to targets around number of calls made and appointments booked daily.

· Building yourself a future sales pipeline.

As you will have already established a successful career in sales. Our values include our People, so training and development are important to us. You’ll go through an intensive 4-week training programme to ensure you’re fully equipped with the knowledge and tools to be successful with further training and great career pathway opportunities.

Key skills needed:

· Strong experience in outbound sales/lead generation, using a consultative approach.

· You'll be driven by great earning potential and career progression.

· Resilient, confident, and tenacious with an engaging personality.

· You'll have the ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business.

· You'll be able to show initiative, be a self-starter, an eagerness to learn even more!
