Job Overview:

To be a member of the Face2Face Sales team, your role is to sell the product to our client base, primarily from client data, but also a small share of referrals. On a daily basis, BSC’s call clients who have recently taken advice from Peninsula and highlight this Premium Service to them. The BSC would then be responsible for explaining the nature of the F2F service to that individual client (including all of the relevant terms and conditions of the service) and informing them of how using the Face2Face service would benefit them directly. Once a client has agreed to pay the additional fee involved, the BSC role is then to provide a smooth transition into our Face2Face Services Team, to ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly and efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:

·       To make a minimum of 60 outbound calls to Face2Face business prospects;

·       To reach a minimum of 2 hours; 30 Minutes talk-time per day, i.e. actual time spent actively contacting and speaking to prospects;

·       To achieve £100,000 sales revenue each quarter (subject to change);

·       To liaise with the Face2Face Service Team, to ensure that all cases are dealt with promptly ensuring the client receives the best service at all times;

·       To help drive referral numbers from relationship building with service colleagues;

·       To assist the F2F BSPs to drive their sales (+ vice versa).

 

The Commission is structured as follows:

F2F Commission for a BSC will be paid at the monthly flat rate of:

·       5% Commission for every Completed F2F Wins in a Calendar month.

There is also a Monthly Bonus (paid Quarterly) for hitting set deal volumes.
