Job Overview

To be a member of the Face2Face team, your role is to assist the Sales Team with planning Consultant diaries in line with defined priorities and targets.  On a daily basis, BSC’s call clients and highlight the F2F additional service to them. The BSC would then be responsible for explaining the nature of the service to the individual client (including all of the relevant terms & conditions of the service) and informing them of how using the H&S Face2Face service would benefit them directly. Once the service is agreed, the matter would then be passed onto the Diary Planner / Administrator, who will ensure the client has a smooth journey, prior to their meeting with the H&S Consultant.  Within this, the role will be to minimise travel, through effective Geographical Planning & to ensure that the matter is dealt with promptly and efficiently.  The role will also assist the Director – Face2Face with additional tasks, like daily / weekly reporting.

 

Responsibilities:

·         To ensure no more than 15 x F2F Engagements are “unplanned” by the end of each working day;

·         To liaise with the H&S Consultancy & Advisory Service Teams, to ensure that all cases are dealt with promptly ensuring the client receives the best service at all times;

·         Visits to be planned by Consultant’s allocated postcodes to minimise travel;

·         Reschedule cancelled appointments for next available date;

·         Any other assistance required within the Face2Face Department to ensure it’s smooth running.
