Peninsula Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

Refer a business or organisation to Peninsula here
  1. The Peninsula Referral Programme is open to existing, previous and non-Peninsula clients.
  2. All referrals must be completed via the web form located on the Peninsula web page:
  3. The referred company must sign an Essentials or Standard agreement to use Peninsula Employment or Health & Safety services.
  4. The referred company must not already be discussing signing up to Peninsula services via any other Peninsula channels.
  5. To qualify for your reward, the referred business/organisation must sign a Peninsula contract and must not, for any reason, cancel their Peninsula contract within one month. Your reward will be paid thereafter.
  6. Peninsula reserves the right to cancel and/or revoke referred Peninsula services if we uncover or suspect your referral submission(s) to be fraudulent and/or abusive to the nature of the Peninsula Referral Programme.
  7. All calls may be recorded and/or monitored.
  8. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  9. The Peninsula Referral Programme may change or be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Peninsula Business Services.
