Excellent service overall. Advisor always available and if a continuing case the designated advisor always responds in good time. Follow up advice is also very good and the issuance of letter templates and policy explanations is invaluable.

I have had such positive expereinces with Peninsula, the staff are with you each step, and I did not have to speak to multiiple staff, I had the same member of staff assisting me throughout the journey, this was not an easy journey for me but I was totally supported and understood by the advisor. I had my first ever H & S Fire Assessment meeting on 4th November 2024 with Andrew Neophytou from Peninsula. I found Andrew to be extremely friendly and so helpful. The way he explained the process and what it entailed. This enabled me to understand and feel really comfortable throughout our meeting. This is really important to me and Sequoia and working with Andrew made me understand what is expected of me/Sequoia going forward. My query has been handled by Priscilla from start to finish, I thought it was over but had to get in touch again today, I was relieved that Priscilla was available as it saved explaining everything again and saved someone else trawling through previous reports.
Priscilla was so helpful again, very quick to respond and find the way forward. Great, very helpful and I'm pretty sure I detected a sense of humour as well. 😀 thank you.

Mimi has visited my store (Venchi Hampstead) on two occasions in the last year. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to learn, develop and enhance my skills in the area of H&S as well as giving me unbelievable amounts of support where I’ve needed it. She explained all the different aspects of h&s as well as sending me a new fire log book and h&s poster when it was requested. As a business owner you are expected to know the law and navigate the minefield of new and rapidly changing Employment law. Jodie Flynn was brilliant! Listened to our problem regarding an ex employees holiday pay, explained and advised us on the law and potential outcomes. Peace of mind to focus on running our business better!

We had a productive meeting with Daniel Haimes today to review HR documentation and receive updates on recent changes in legislation. The communication was clear, and all of our queries were addressed thoroughly. The relevant documents were shared promptly after the meeting, as promised. Daniel also followed up with a direct line for any further questions, demonstrating professionalism and attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience!

Face2face enabled a stressful period to be managed professionally and impartially without any feeling of "taking sides".

The knowledge of the consultant and how he conducted the visit was excellent. He used languages and scenarios extremely well to ensure that we understood why the monitoring checks and audits were conducted effectively. He applied legislation and regulations to his explanations and demonstrated a firm understanding of health & safety.

He went through each question thoroughly and showed me what the expectations were, alongside what we were already doing to ensure that we were carrying out our health & safety recordings effectively.

He did not use any jargon and worked at my pace to ensure I understood the context of the visit.

We had our H&S service visit from Mark Lethaby. Mark made practical, sensible and manageable suggestions for improving and maintaining our health and safety management systems.
We found Mark to be very knowledgeable, and able to impart and share this with us in a very personable and instructive manner.

The 24 hour service is amazing. A problem came up at 6pm znd by 6am I'd engaged with an agent, and had a letter sent by 6am.
It meant that, although I didn't get much sleep I wasnt awake all night worrying.
