As Data Campaign Manager you will be responsible for driving campaign performance reporting as well as co-ordinating campaigns with the marketing and events teams to increase Peninsula’s sales activity. As well as optimising our dialler system to enhance the sales team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
The ultimate goal is to assist our front end sales team with KPI metric improvements and providing coaching insights for the management team in order to get the very best out of our data and our sales team performance.
Day to Day Responsibilities
- Ensuring the effective set up, configuration of all campaigns within the CRM and dialler.
- Optimising and managing data within Salesforce. Taking full responsibility for data configuration and performance.
- Adding in data management and analytics across the sales department, working with marketing to deliver personalised campaigns, which will maximise the sales team’s output and efficiency both on inbound and outbound activity.
- Use real-time data to spot trends and forecast using the information available.
- Create detailed reporting and analysis on performance on dialler and data optimisation.
- Analyse to identify potential problems and issues and document all contact activity, liaising with senior stakeholders within Sales, Marketing and Salesforce departments.
- Responsible for real-time analytics - monitor and adjust the performance of all systems.
- Development of future capability and technologies.
- Enhance quality and usability of data e.g. deletion of duplicate records or inactive contacts, create/apply tools and methodologies to efficiently improve data quality.
- Create campaigns with clear dialling strategies, considering existing “rules of engagement” that ultimately ensures the right level of contact, drives conversion and improves efficiency.
Key requirements
- Essential experience in SQL, Power BI and Salesforce, along with experience within telephony dialler systems
- MI / Reporting experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot trends and opportunities in data.
- Ability to provide in depth analysis on data and output and provide suggested actions.
- Results driven attitude from sales focused business sectors

- Thorough and meticulous with attention to detail.
