Eden – Paul & Carolyn said:
“We had a difficult employee which we needed help with. HRFace2Face is a 1st class service, we couldn’t have disciplined him ourselves. Delighted!“
Corsham Town Council – David Martin said:
“It was reassuring to have, as it’s something we don’t have in-house. The support was fantastic and it’s great because it’s impartial. As a small organisation, it helped us to take away the personal side. It is fantastic and to have someone hold our hand throughout the process.“
Wandsworth & Westminster Mind – Peter Norgate said:
“Thank you again, for the excellent support on this grievance.“
Links Workshop Ltd – Susie said:
“As a small charity we have to focus all our time onto service users so HR can be a burden. With HRFace2Face I felt this time could be spent on my service users rather than dealing with the issue. HRFace2Face allowed the atmosphere to remain positive and that Yve and Rachel were both very professional and I felt this was a good experience. There was no stress and they were fair to the employee and ourselves I didn’t at any point feel they were taking sides but I felt assured everything was being done correctly“
EDS Ltd – Mark Dalaston said:
“EDS (Electrical-Data-Security) Ltd had engaged with Peninsula’s services back in 2013 when we were seeking advice regarding sub-contractors we employed, they provided excellent assistance in resolving the matter efficiently.
We then had cause to contact Peninsula in early 2015 in connection with a particular troublesome employee, we were recommended by April and her colleague Victoria, to use the ‘HRFace2Face’ services, resulting in us being allocated a dedicated person Afsha, to discuss matters with, who had excellent employment law experience. We were advised to follow a step-by-step process in order to deal with the employee, ultimately resulting in a Consultant from Peninsula representing EDS in a face to face meeting with the employee. The HRFace2Face Consultant, Mark Thompson-O’Connor, was very impartial in dealing with the matter and acting extremely professionally.
Peninsula took all the stress out of the situation and it was money well spent, as we could concentrate on the day to day running of the business and satisfying our customers and not have the worry about dealing with the issue. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for and in this instance the advice, support and piece of mind we had was priceless and I would recommend Peninsula’s HRFace2Face service to business, of any size.
It’s just like having your own HR department in another office – Brilliant and Thank you.“
High street Retailer – Rita Grimes said:
“From the moment I met the consultant Matthew I felt very at ease and he was very professional. When Matthew started the meeting the employee felt comfortable as Matthew was unbiased and was very clear with both myself and the employee of the direction and aim of the meeting. I felt very confident that Matthew could provide the HRFace2Face service to our business the moment I met him. I would not hesitate to recommend HRFace2Face to any business“
MGT Training – Michelle Batt said:
“I feel HRFace2Face reduced stress for me and I found it to make the situation less personal. I am a strong believer that, if you cannot provide the service to yourself, you should buy the service. I would highly recommend using HRFace2Face to any business.“
Alistair Bartlett Dental Practices Ltd – Alistair Bartlett said:
“All three consultants (Phil Warnes, Alison Steinmetz & Mark Thompson-O’Connor) who have helped us through our case so far, have been professional and clear, but more than that they have been gentle and patient. This has been a very emotional process for us, and whilst it may have been “bread and butter” to them they never once expressed exasperation or irritation, even when we found it hard to be succinct ourselves. We asked them to “always tell us what we need to hear not what we want to hear” and I believe they did that, and that has helped us through. Many thanks.“
Alistair Bartlett Dental Practices Ltd – Alistair Bartlett said:
“Both you (Victoria Ash) and Alan Tarry have been very helpful. You have answered our many queries and understood where we were coming from, even when we weren’t even sure ourselves. I hope we don’t need your services again, but we are very glad that we can call on you if we do. Our dealings with you have led directly to us purchasing other products from Peninsula, i.e Business Safe and our staff welfare package.“
