We do not provide advice on insurance covers available to you, only appropriate information that allows you to decide whether the insurance offered meets your needs. Peninsula acts for the insurer in both arranging your cover and dealing with claims, and assists you with any changes you may need to make during the policy period.
Peninsula does not guarantee or warrant the solvency of any insurer chosen. Should your chosen insurer go into liquidation, you will need to purchase cover with another insurer at your own cost.
We offer insurer cover exclusively from Irwell Insurance Company Limited.
Your insurance cover is based on the information given to the company, failure to comply with disclosure requirements will invalidate your insurance, meaning a claim may not be paid.

If you're not happy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Please call Peninsula immediately to claim on your insurance policy.
Peninsula is the Data Controller for the data you provide to us. Your data is needed in order to arrange your insurance, and you're obliged to provide information - without this we are unable to provide the service to you.
Your information may be passed to other organisation's, such as: insurers, auditors, credit providers, or banks. And we will take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy of all your data. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your data, with you being able to request copies of the data we have, sent to a third party, or deleted.
