This role is for focused and driven professional sales professionals, who are experienced in establishing B2B relationships over the phone. We know that as a Salesperson you’ll be keen to start earning commission, so from week 3 you’ll have the opportunity to start selling combined with further training.

What the roles entails:

·You’ll be making outbound B2B sales calls, with the aim of scheduling sales appointment for a Business Development Manager to attend, to meet with business owners/Directors to sell Peninsula’s services.

·Your goal is to extract the very best results from each call you make.

·You will work to targets around number of calls made and appointments booked daily.

·Accurately build, manage, and maintain your own sales pipeline.

·Update salesforce with accurate information.

·Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focussed high energy and high reward culture.

Skills we look for in a Sales Executive:

·Ideally having some sales experience would be advantageous, within a B2B or B2C outbound position.

·Confidence in outbound calling through a consultative approach, we don’t use a script, so being able to initiate conversations, ask relevant questions and pick up on leads.

·Working to targets will be a daily focus, so having that drive and self-awareness is important.

·We want someone with ambition, whether that’s to earn the most amount of money or develop your future career.

·Being able to carry your personality across a telephone call is key.
