As a Sales Manager, this role will be to take responsibility of the development of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing day to day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked.
As your team are the first-point of contact for promoting and presenting the services Peninsula offer, we’re looking for a high achieving sales manager who has the ability to lead and drive team performance to continuous success.
You will be working in a KPI driven environment which is fast-paced and pressurised. Reporting directly into the Director for Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department by ensuring your team are contributing to the overall success of the sales floor.
Salary and Benefits:
·Upto £36,000 Basic

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
·Supporting the team ensuring individual and team targets are met on a daily basis.
·Handling any escalated issues or queries and delivering feedback and learning where needed.
·Conduct regular one to one performance reviews.
·Celebrating success, identifying individual top performers as well as team performances.
·Provide ongoing coaching and development for all team members.
·Ensure you are there to support your sales team members either in person or over MS Teams.
·Supporting new team members through their trailblazer 6 month training programme.
·Liaising with Field sales teams to drive co-ordination of business objectives.
·Attend departmental meetings and conferences.
Your skills:
·Experience as a Team Leader or Manager within an outsource / call centre sales environment.
·A confident personality with natural leadership qualities.
·A professional approach to sales, ability to pick up on trends and analyse data.
·Motivational approach to leading and supporting a team of sales team.
