Last month we were discussing awards and the benefits to putting your company forward. The Sunday Times Best Companies To Work For is an example of a scheme that recognises UKs employers as great places to work. Your staff are the people that nominate your company, they complete a short questionnaire either online or by sending off the nomination form. Employees are asked why they think you are a great employer, key qualities, perks of the job etc. Its a great way to get your staff involved and it recognises you as a good employer.
