Pay £500 via prepaid card 3-5 weeks after deal signed*

  1. All referrals must be completed via the web form https://www.peninsulagrouplimited.com/about/recommend-a-business/
  1. The referred company must sign a standard agreement to use Peninsula Employment or Health & Safety services and have a live Direct Debit agreement in place a month after the deal is signed and when card is issued.
  2. The referred company must not already be discussing signing up to Peninsula services via any other Peninsula channels, or be a current Group client.
  3. The Introducer should be independent of the referred company (e.g. not a Director, owner or employee).   
  4. Referrers who are employees should comply with the Gifts & Hospitality policies of their employers (including declaring amounts received).    
  5. The referrer should not be a close relative** of an employee of Peninsula Business Services Group.
  6. The referrer is responsible for paying any tax due to HMRC on this income.
  7. Peninsula reserves the right to refuse referral submissions and to change / withdraw the Peninsula Referral Programme at any time at the discretion of Peninsula Business Services.
